Are all products really vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — every formula is 100% vegan and we never test on animals, nor do our suppliers. This applies to the full collection, not a selection.
How do I find the right shade for my skin tone?
Use the shade matcher (the sparkle icon in the header): pick your skin depth and undertone and we will score every shade in the collection for your profile. And if a shade disappoints, exchanging it is free.
When will my order arrive?
Ordered before 22:00 on weekdays ships the same day and usually arrives the next business day in the Netherlands. European orders take 2–4 business days.
What is in the Lash Starter Kit?

When is the Lips line launching?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Within an hour of ordering, usually yes — email info@blueblossom.nl with your order number and we will do our best before the parcel leaves the studio.
